Therulers in Microsoft Office should be accurate providing you chose the correct paper size in the print layout. In 100% view, the document should match the measurements of the paper accurately. You can zoom in and zoom out while working on the document and the ruler will automatically adjust the ratio. Regards, Sheen.

Thequickest way to change between them is to right-click on a ruler and select the option you want from the drop-down menu. You can also change the unit through Photoshop's preferences pane. Go to Edit > Preferences > Units & Rulers. (On a Mac, go to Photoshop > Preferences > Units & Rulers.) Under "Units," click the "Rulers" dropdown,

Usemenu edit preferences and set the display DPI resolution for the screen you are using. Then use menu View and select view print size. Photoshop will zoom your image so 1" will display 1" in size on your display. If you set ruler units to inches and set rulers on you will see 1" is 1" in size when you measure it. u6uD.
